Operations News: Order Fulfillment and Returns

Automated order fulfillment is now operational, with the exception of tracking numbers. Please bear with us as we work through the final setup process!

Order Fulfillment

Saint Ignatius Orthodox Press is pleased to be working with local Christian-owned shipping and fulfillment company Inontime.

As our company has grown, we have run out of space and time for order fulfillment, and as we can see Inontime’s operations center from our office windows, it makes a lot of sense.

God willing, it will be a virtually seamless change for customers in the long term. But in the next couple of weeks, we ask customers to be aware of possible fulfillment delays as Inontime gets up to speed. As we integrate our systems, there may be slight changes to our processes, which may include delayed shipment notifications.

We hope to have everything integrated and running smoothly by the end of April. Until then, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Return Process

We are also implementing self-serve returns, which can now be accessed from your customer account — simply click on your order and select what you want to return. You can also find our updated return policy linked at the bottom of your account page.

Please be patient as we implement this new workflow. As always, we encourage you to contact us if you have questions about your orders.
