What is my order status?

When you place an order, you will receive an email with a link that you can use to track your order's progress. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

If you do not receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder and make sure our domain, ignatius.cc, is whitelisted in your email inbox.


What is your return policy?

Contact us before returning an item. We can accept returns on unopened merchandise only. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you, which you can print out. When we receive the item and we verify it is in new condition, a refund will be issued.


Do you ship internationally outside the US?

Yes, we can ship to virtually any country worldwide.

Please note that we neither charge nor pre-pay your country's customs fees, duties, or taxes. These costs may be due upon delivery, depending on local laws and carrier policies. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we can no longer ship via UPS to the European Union, as EU tax laws make it prohibitively complex and costly for small companies such as ours to ship into member countries. We recommend using USPS or DHL.
