Return Policy
Returns of unwanted items
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an original packing slip showing your order number and account information.

Your returned item will be inspected, and if it adheres to our eligibility rules, it will be refunded, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please document issues with photos as soon as you open the shipping package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Audiobooks and digital products are not eligible for refund.
Old editions of physical books, even if they are unopened, are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If the unwanted item ships before the exchange is processed, the customer is subject to the normal return policy.
Cancelations
Cancelations can only be processed prior to shipment. If an order ships before a cancelation is processed, the customer is subject to the normal return policy.
Refusal of delivery / return-to-sender
Do not refuse delivery or return to sender as a means of canceling or returning your order, as this incurs a postage fee. This will not be considered an authorized return for the purposes of this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
